Translations waiting approval

Sorry for the misunderstanding.  The global list is here:

That's quite slow at the moment, which is one of the reasons for the 
delay, but we should be able to roll out a fix next week.

Definitely.  As a rule, only include the country where the country is 
not the "default" country for the language.  So pt_BR is fine, but pt_PT 
becomes pt.

The exceptions are Chinese (zh_CN is Simplified whereas zn_TW is 
Traditional) and English (U.S. English is the starting language, and 
en_GB is its translation to U.K. English).
