Well, I'm not sure that what you have described are typical features of
leadership, to be honest (although they are certainly features of what is
commonly described as being "group contact"). Leadership implies an
increased power in relation to decision making, which is the aspect I'm
interested to hear more about, in relation to Colorado, or any other
groups who have such a system.

In the Italian team, high level decision making is done (where necessary)
by a council, currently made up of 5 people, whose task is to represent
the whole community, in its various aspects and arrive at a consensus
based on public discussion. But I'm curious about how smaller groups
handle this.
