  * Refer to specific version of license GPL-3+.
  * Update standards version to 4.6.2, no changes needed.
  * Avoid explicitly specifying -Wl,--as-needed linker flag.
  * Update watch file format version to 4.
  * d/control: Rules-Requires-Root: no.
