  * Fix FTBFS with -Werror=implicit-function-declaration. (Closes: #1066680)
  * Update debian/gitlab-ci.yml.
  * Allow Lintian failures.
  * Drop no-upstream-changelog lintian message.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.2.
