stable branch in git repositories

Hi All

As part of the 16.04 charm release we've dropped the existing 'stable'
branch from the git repositories for the OpenStack charms.

As a result you will need to run:

 git remote prune origin
 git remote prune gerrit

in any local repository clones you may have...

New stable branches will be named stable/<releases> - for example
stable/16.04.
