The first time needs manual nursing for every series, that's why this
time it's held.

If you want to copy your trunk translations across, the easiest is to do
what I suggested in the zope3.3 example: get your trunk po files
exported, and upload your new pot along with the old po files in a
tar.gz.

Rosetta won't be able to share changes to translations that could apply
to all Schootool translatable series. That's a future goal we are
working on, as it'll help cases like this (and translating different
distro releases like dapper, breezy, edgy... at the same time).

If you are not sure, I can help you get this done.
