Dear Jannick, Ok, agreed. But I don't want to spend time quantifying
what is considered "substantial" or not. As I had mentioned in my
previous email, the Brazilian team will credit each and everyone who
helps out by adding the name of the team in the credits and not
individual names. What do you think of this approach as a possible
solution?

Absolutely. The more feedback the better.

I have gmail to blame on this one. I've been hitting the "reply all"
button and the fields have been populated automatically. But I took
care of it this time around. :)
