Maven plugin for snap definition generation

Hi guys,

Figured I should put this on here for posterity:

For those of you not at my talk last night, its a maven plugin to generate
and build snapcraft definitions inside an existing Maven build cycle. Its
still very rough around the edges, but I'll put it to use on my own
projects over the next few weeks and iron out the kinks and niggles.

To all of those in Germany, thanks for the invite and for introducing me to
the world of Snaps!
