Oh indeed, rereading, that's more than possible I misunderstood the
request this morning :)
I guess using a docker container like didrocks/snapcraft from dockerhub,
which always contain latest released version of snapcraft (based on
16.04 LTS).
Tell me if that suits your need Peter!
