"snap changes" is your friend :)
here is an excerpt of mine:

5    Done    2017-01-11T23:40:13Z  2017-01-11T23:40:13Z  Refresh all
snaps: no updates
6    Done    2017-01-12T05:30:13Z  2017-01-12T05:31:14Z  Refresh snap
"core"
7    Done    2017-01-12T05:36:14Z  2017-01-12T05:36:16Z  Update kernel
and core snap revisions
9    Done    2017-01-12T06:30:48Z  2017-01-12T06:30:48Z  Refresh all
snaps: no updates

you can see more details by using the change ID from the first column
with "snap change $ID"
