erratum for http://www.ubuntu.com/cloud/tools/snappy#snappy-azure

The Azure cli instructions are wrong: the image name has an ubuntu at the
end that you need to remove, and need to pass —userName option for the cli
to work.

Something like

$ azure vm create pat-snappy
b39f27a8b8c64d52b05eac6a62ebad85__Ubuntu-core-devel-amd64-20141209-90-en-us-30GB
--location "West US" --no-ssh-password --ssh-cert ~/.ssh/azureCert.pem
--custom-data ~/code/snappy/cloud.cfg --userName pat -e
