Can't get ubuntu-core component to use new devel version 3

Hi folks,

It seems like a new version of the ubuntu-core component is available on
the devel chanel.

ubuntu at localhost:~$ sudo snappy versions
Part                  Tag   Installed  Available  Fingerprint     Active
ubuntu-core           edge  2          3          f442b1d8d6db3f  *

However, when I do a "sudo snappy update ubuntu-core" and reboot as
requested, "sudo snappy versions" still reports that I'm on version #2.

Anything I'm missing that I need to do to update it?
