Porting library to Snappy Ubuntu Core

Hi there,

I am porting an app to Snappy Ubuntu Core. But it turns out the app relies
on some external libraries that are currently unavailable on Snappy. So I
am wondering if you guys can give me some instructions on porting libraries.

Well, one way I can think of is to cross compile the library and copy it
over. But isn't this too hacky...? I am looking for a more 'Snappy' way.
