OpenCL (and other) permissions to a snap

Yes, an interface will be able to help that, and it sounds like a good
one to have too. Zyga cc'd is tracking requested interfaces.

Try installing the snap with --devmode for now (not a perfect solution,
but will likely get you running).

Once you're running, I suggest you chat with Zyga who is currently
working on the OpenGL case (which is probably similar to OpenCL :)). You
might want to see what he does there then submit a similar patch for an
OpenCL interface to the snapd code.
