OpenCL (and other) permissions to a snap

Hi guys

Sorry if this question is not related to this mailing list. I really 
appreciate if someone could tell me a better place to ask.

I' trying to access OpenCL (later MPI) in my snap. I can't:

No interface can solve this, right? Please, anyone can give my any advice?
