Snapping Java Swing applications

Thanks Zygmunt!

By adding openjfx to the stage-packages it seems to have added at least
some missing dependencies.

Now it crashes with a nice core dump in the `getFontPathNative` native code:

There's definitely a lot of font related things going on. I'll wait for the
new fonts interface then and try again.
