I wasn't considering his location. I just picked *some* sites at random.
Actually, I came across a few in Europe but I didn't list them because they
weren't in English.

Relax. It's a figure of speech.

I'm saying he should have done more research before assuming that he
couldn't get a laptop with Linux installed rather than Windows.  The
examples I listed were among many online retailers offering Linux Laptops.
