Anything that tells me how to write email is rude, period. If that's
actually in there, a hard and fast prohibition against top posting, it
should come out. You don't have to accept mail from me, really. That's
what killfiles are for. Anyone can install procmail, and setup something
like
:0:
^From:.*username at domain.com*
/dev/null
But don't tell me how to write email. That's just rude.
