Guidelines in the Ubuntu community

I don't agree.

Ubuntu has a large number of guidelines about how to act in the
community and work efficiently with others. These range from behaviour
(code of conduct) to email (mailing list guidelines), to forums
(guidelines for use) and so on and so on.

These exist purely to assist people in collaborating efficiently. If you
don't like them, there is no effective way of enforcing them - they do
not have any legal effect. However, people generally respect them
because they work. We hope that you will too.

It's nothing to do with rudeness.
