live CD and orca

In the %post section of a kickstart file, could one run
/usr/bin/gconftool-2 -type bool -s /desktop/gnome/interface/accessibility
true and then run /usr/bin/orca -t and then run reboot to get orca running
a little easier on a newly installed system? I could put all of this on a
floppy disk then see if I can figure out the syntax to get ubuntu to read
a kickstart file off the floppy disk with the livecd in the machine.
There's a basic kickstart file anyone can download and modify and run
locally at http://cwelug.org/~rwcitek/ubuntu/ks.cfg if I have that url
correct.
