Lucid update broke accessibility

Hi

I just upgraded my Lucid system, and it is no longer accessible with orca.  Is this a known bug? if not, where should I start to try and find out what is going on?  

The accessible login has stopped working. I don't get any speech from orca at the gdm login screen.

Once logged in, the gnome panels, menus, run dialog and desktop are inaccessible.  Orca does not say inaccessible, there is just no speech.  The orca window and gnome-terminal work fine though.

Everything was working quite well until yesterday.
