REJECT chet

Hi,

I'm sorry to inform you that package chet (0.1) was rejected from the
Quantal (12.10) NEW queue.

The reason for it's rejection was:
 - No debian/copyright file.

In addition, whilst reviewing it was noticed that some non-blocking
niggles:
 - This is a package of type native, which is generally not
   recommended.
 - There is no 'upstream' (in particular no debian/watch file), as
   this is a native package.
 - There is no debian/source/format file declaring the package format
(in this case, "3.0 (native)" is probably the wanted type - but
   "1.0" is also suitable).
 - This package seems to make use of it's own chroot handling logic,
when schroot (or even LXC) could, from my interpretation, achieve
the same required behaviour. Was there reasoning for doing it this
   way?
 - Depends on python-launchpadlib-toolkit, but it wasn't clear how the
package makes use of this depends.

Kind Regards,
Dave Walker
