REJECT: libjreen

Hi,
I'm sorry to inform you that this package is being rejected for the
following:
 * 3rdparty/icesupport/ has many files that are LGPL 2.1+, but
   debian/copyright says they are GPL-2+ (via the default). Please use 
   the licensecheck command to check for other omissions

After making these changes, please feel free to reupload.
