REJECT: openerp-core

Hi,

I'm sorry to inform you that this package is being rejected for the
following:
 * debian/changelog is not properly formatted (first entry needs a
   newline on line 2)
 * debian/patches/* don't have DEP-3 comments. It would be good if the
   patches used the same convention. Ie, both should use either 
   '.patch' or'.diff' as the extension. Also, both start with '01_' 
   instead of '01_' and '02_'. 
 * debian/copyright for bin/addons/base_tools/*, 
   bin/addons/web_livechat/*, and bin/addons/web_uservoice/* lists the 
   License as GPL-3+ but the text is GNU Affero General Public License. 
   It should be AGPL-3+
 * There are many files that are AGPL-3+ that are not listed in the 
   copyright file. Since there are so many, I will not list them here, 
   but please use the licensecheck command to check for other omissions
   (AGPL or otherwise)
 * .msi and .dll binaries are distributed as part of the source package 
   and should be removed since they are not the preferred form of 
   modification as required by the GPL. This typically is done by 
   repacking the source tarball with -dfsg in the name
