[Bug 2120822] [NEW] Remove package u-boot-pic64gx from Ubuntu 25.10

In the 25.10 release we have decided to move the ISA profile for RISC-V
to RVA23 which is not supported by the Microchip PIC64GX Curiosity Kit.
As this is the only board using package u-boot-pic64gx the package
should be removed from Ubuntu 25.10.
