[Bug 2120823] [NEW] Remove u-boot-nezha from Ubuntu 25.10

In the 25.10 release we have decided to move the ISA profile for RISC-V
to RVA23 which is not supported by the Allwinner D1 SoC. As this is the
only SoC using package u-boot-nezha the package should be removed from
Ubuntu 25.10.
