That came straight from the debian llvm-toolchain source package[1]. We
are happy to make it more specific if there are other references out
there.
Upon looking at the copyright file again, though, I noticed we need this
change:

I was pondering about Upstream-Name, if it should retain the name LLVM/Clang, or something else (like LLVM/AMDClang perhaps?). Looking at the upstream repo, I didn't see them changing that name, though.
