[Bug 2133814] Re: NEW package request: llvm-toolchain-rocm

Hello Matthias and Andreas and others interested,

I did update the https://code.launchpad.net/~bullwinkle-team/+git/llvm-
toolchain-rocm to fix followin items:

- t64 provides ==> removed
- weird "git" suffixes ==> changed that into rocm7.1.0 (hope this makes sense for all)
