[Bug 2136898] [NEW] please remove binaries of openturns/1.24-4build2 from Resolute

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Sudip Mukherjee (sudip):

The latest openturns has failed to build for amd64v3 and so even though
that package has migrated the old binaries are still there.

There is a reverse dependency of openturns and I would have expected the
amd64v3 binary to be removed but "reverse-depends" says it depends on
the new libopenturns0.27.

I have manually checked "libpersalys0_19.1+ds-2_amd64v3.deb" and
confirmed it depends on libopenturns0.27.

There are few Reverse-Recommends though, but they are only recommending
libopenturns-dev and  libopenturns-dev.

$ reverse-depends -r resolute -a amd64v3 src:openturns
