[Bug 719940] [NEW] Please backport memcached-1.4.5

Public bug reported:

The memcached people are very anti building from source (though it does
work). Current Ubuntu package is 1.4.2. Since that release memcache has
added SASL authentication and fixed several bugs, including a buffer
overflow. 1.4.5 is the standard package in Maverick.
