I think it is very important to have specific doc on ubuntu-be.org, like
homebanking, adsl modem setup, eId, ... 

for other subjects, links to ubuntu-fr and ubuntu-nl are enough.

English is not necessary for public side of ubuntu-be!?, only fr/nl/de
with translations in each language for all tutorials (if possible...).
