Translation help

Another reason why automatic translations of bug reports would probably be a
bad idea is that you (most likely) don't want the translation to change
things like filenames that are in the logs.  Quite honestly, I am so used to
seeing the logs of some programs that I usually know what I am looking for
anyway even if they are in other languages.  If the translation people think
that they can handle the occasional request for a translation, I think that
might be the best approach rather than changing the behavior of apport.
