Please help me understand why the "Incomplete" tag has now been applied.
If you need more information from me, please let me know and I will
attempt to supply it.

Further, the upstream developer seems to have indicated that a fix has
been applied.  I would be glad to test the fix to see if it resolved the
problem.  Please advise how I might do that.
