I was having the exact same problem. What was even more strange is that
I was able to burn some cd's and dvd's but not all of them, especially
where I was burning a cd or dvd image. I remembered reading somewhere
for the different burning applications to not put spaces in the
filename. So this one dvd image I removed the spaces in the file name
after I used up 2 blank dvd's and it worked.... might be your problem
but that's what solved it for me. I was getting similar errors as
everyone here.
