Btw, there are several new libburn and libisofs versions released since 1.1.8/1.1.6, which are currently in Ubuntu 12.04, maybe new libburn/libisofs packages would fix this important bug?
Unfortunately Ubuntu Quantal still has old libisofs, see bug #1006582 (Please sync libisofs 1.2.2 from Debian unstable or testing - current version doesn't work correctly with libburn 1.2.2)
