Ontario Schools have MS only policy?

The problem isn't the schools it is the industry. At my College they are 
teaching us .Net because it is the industries standard. The principle 
operating system for development is Windows, thought I do must of my 
development using Mono.Net on Ubuntu Linux.
There is no problem targeting Libraries, Public School, etc. but going 
for higher education requires change in the I.T. Industry. With Java 
getting a larger market share (no one yell at me okay) this might mean 
that Colleges and University could easily change to a Linux Based OS.
