Thanks to MylesB and DarrenL for your responses.  I'm helping to architect
an ASP based in Western Canada who wants to focus on supplying access to
Ubuntu's Linux based audio/video

Why limit it to canada?  To fit your criteria, does it have to be
exclusively canadian from start to release?

***good point.  I am seeking Canadian content to leverage a number of
Provincial and Federal government programs we're responding to, however
we're primarily interested in the functionality of the apps and fit for a
hosted services environment.
