Can you give some examples of error messages or vague descriptions?
Also, could you describe which software you are trying to install?
(other than ymessenger)

Could you point out anything cryptic or confusing about my ymessenger
suggestions on the "newbie query" thread?  I'd like to be able to
improve my responses so that I can communicate suggestions more
efficiently.
