What are the download speeds like out there?

Took me twelve attempts. I changed my location to Los Angeles from
Vancouver and it finally took instead of bombing at the package download
stage. Looks like update manager localizes using the tzdata. Also decided
to download via linuxtracker as a little payback. Both the dist-upgrade
download and the torrent should be done in a couple of hours.
