Oh, okay, I did not know that.  Then I meant the ca.archive.ubuntu.com 
at University of Waterloo.

I simply dropped the ca from ca.archive.ubuntu.com and that seemed to 
work, but I will change it to the ubuntu.mirror.rafal.ca instead as I 
prefer servers in Canada.
