Ubuntu entrepreneurialism

Hi Alfred
Well that makes five people who are interested in our ubuntu
entrepreneurism thing ! :-)
My books are a mess and I am afraid I cannot provide any guidance here.
However I noticed that you wrote "sole proprietor bookkeeping".
If you are just collecting the pieces for your business this is no harm
but if you are canvasing for business I recommend you incorporate to
protect your assets or the assets you will have in the near future along
with your personal credit rating.
Incorporating federally only costs about $220 ish. There is a recurring
fee every year of about $40 ish but this is well worth the piece of
mind. I spent three days figuring out how to incorporate. In the end it
was a complete anti-climax, just a few simple pages. I would be happy to
show you how to do it, you will sleep better at night.
Again if we could keep up the discussion on how to get this ubuntu
entrepreneur thing going that would be great. If it is best served on a
separate mailing list then I will take responsibility for making this
happen.
Please send in your opinions, thanks-patrick
