wxFormBuilder looks nice.  I have been looking for a decent RAD for 
Python for a while myself.  Pythoncard is okay, but seems unfinished to 
me and does not seem to do well with GTK2; I think it is so old that it 
is designed with GTK1.  Why is wxFormBuilder not in the repos?  It seems 
established.
