Lost USB Flash Drive!

I upgraded to 8.10 from 8.04 and it broke my wireless (Dell Latitude
D620) as well as my graphics. I then did a clean install and got back
my wireless but my system would become unresponsive for a few seconds
every minute or so. The mouse would get stuck!
So, I'm running 8.04 and everything is perfect. Perhaps, staying with
a version that works for you is the best medicine.
