Assuming you have a laptop or PC that can run Ubuntu, and can talk to
the Rogers' stick, just connect it to your existing router's WAN port.
(You'll need a X-over cable unless your laptop is GbE, which
auto-crosses)

Set up the PC to do basic NAT:
(You may have to turn off dhclient on the system)

    ifconfig eth0 inet 192.168.99.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
    sysctl -w net.ipv4.ip_forward=0
    iptables -A POSTROUTING -t nat -s 192.168.99.0/24 -j MASQUERADE

Set up the existing router to have a static IP on the WAN port of
192.168.99.2, with a default route of 99.1, and whatever DNS you find in
/etc/resolv.conf of the PC. (You could setup DHCP, but it's kinda
overkill for a temporary setup)

Do not turn off PC/laptop, or move it. Afterall, this is temporary.
