http://www.cradlepoint.com/ <-- these are totally badass. Definitely
recommended. You can even do loadbalancing over two 3g connections if
you have them.

VOIP over 3g is barely acceptable.... be warned. The Rogers "portable
internet", which is the same service as Bell's and is WiMax... is pretty
terrible and I'd avoid it.
