Hard drive compatibility.

I was looking at the SMART Data for my hard drive and it told me that I 
have a "Reallocated Sector Count". Since this has the word WARNING in 
big red letters next to it I decided to purchase a new HD.

So I've been looking at Hard Drives and I found one I really like on New 
Egg. I was just wondering if I might encounter compatibility problems 
with 10.10 ( I primarily use Ubuntu Studio).
