eCrtyptfs corruption from 9.10 through 11.04

After the 11.04 "upgrade", I've had multiple kernel and application crashes.

Turns out that ecryptfs has been buggy since at least 9.10.  They should
have disabled it a year ago:

If you're using ecryptfs, stop.  Tell Ubuntu to stop offering this broken
file system as an option during installation.
