I think I've been hacked

Hi all,

I have slowly been losing security apps Apparmor etc on my Desktop.
Open Office programs were refusing to start.
My router is beside this computer it flashes hard when No one is on the net.
I just found another Root folder in my home folder that was not there
before, i am not able to remove it.
So I now have 2 root folders.
Unable to pastebin screenshot.

I will be format and reloading this HDD another day unfortunately this was
my gaming machine.
