Patent suit by M$ against Android user Barnes & Noble

You can't single out Microcrap; far too many tech companies have found it easier
and more profitable to sue/steal rather than create. Its the new business mantra
that is killing western society "Litigation is better than innovation".

The US version of capitalism is in fact very feudal, and megacorps often spend
more $ in court, (a battlefield where they use suits rather than cannons) than
in R & D.

Just the way 'tis

Ken

SCO II - Do It Yourself

Basically M$ can't innovate, so they patent "the wheel" and then sue anyone who
manufactures a car, cart, bicycle, motorcycle, wheelchair or office chair. It's
a 2-pronged theme:
1) Scare people away from using competing products
2) Extort money, thus living off other people's work
What a bunch of SCUM.
