Mutt and UTF8

I believe you need "defutf8 on" in ~/.screenrc.  This should probably be
enabled automatically when using a UTF-8 locale.  A patch to do this would be
most welcome; a bug report about it would also be welcomed, but somewhat
less enthusiastically. :-)
